| 摘 要： | 通过对广州市最低工资制度进行研究，将广州市最低工资标准与该市的社会平均工资、人均 GDP、居民物价消费指数和家庭人均消费支出这四个指标进行比较，在此基础上得出广州市最低工资保障性程度偏低的结论，并提出最低工资标准制定的具体建议：要综合考虑经济发展的多样性，建立联动调整机制；最低工资标准的调整要考虑广州市用工特点，以此为依据建立动态调整机制；建立完善工资分配领域的法律法规体系，为工资分配领域的改革提供支撑等建议。

| Abstract: | Through a minimum wage policy overview in Guangzhou to study the minimum wage in Guangzhou City. By comparing the minimum wage with the average wage in society, the relationship between per capita GDP, the consumer price index and household residents per capita consumption expenditure ,we conclude that the minimum wage of Guangzhou is in low degree of protection of work-ers . Thus,we proposed adjust the minimum wage standards and considerate of the diversity of economic development to establish linkage adjustment mechanism; adjust the minimum wage to consider Guangzhou employment characteristics as a basis for the establishment of a dynamic adjustment mechanism; establish and improve laws and regulations in the field of the wage distribution system, providing support for the reform of the wage distribution areas. |
