| 摘 要： | 在汉代,子女"告"父母的"告"字有两种含义,一为告发,二为诉讼。法律允许子女告发父母所犯的严重危害皇权统治和社会公共秩序等罪行,针对父母对子女的人身、财产侵害,禁止子女行使诉权。

| Abstract: | In the Han Dynasty,there are two meanings about the word "gao",one is "expose",the other one is "sue".Sons and daugh-ters were vested with the rights to expose the serious crimes carried by their parents.Meanwhile,in regard to the personal and property infringe-ments,the rights of suing parents owned by sons and daughters were prohibited. |
