| 摘 要： | 全球化时代,世界政治经济格局加速调整,人类对海洋资源需求大幅增长,海权竞争成为国际焦点,态势渐趋激烈。从海权有关的历史发展状况和国内外的经验教训看,海权涉及国家重大安全利益和发展利益。海权关系我国领土完整和国家安全。探索我国海权建设,应从海权的基本理论入手,明确我国海权维护的基本目标,并构建全球化时代中国海权的发展方略,以期更好地维护我国海洋权益。

| Abstract: | During the era of globalization,the political and economic structure of this world adjusts more and more frequently,and the need of human race for the marine resources grows greatly.As a result,the competition of sea power has become the international focus,and the situation becomes fierce.From a historical perspective,sea power is related to the national security interests and development interests of a state.For our current situation,sea power is related to territorial integrity and national security of our nation,so the development of China’s sea power has become a necessity.Exploring the way to construct China’s sea power,we should research the basic theory of sea power,and should define the basic goal of China’s sea power,and construct a strategy of development of sea power in this era of globalization,in order to safeguard better China’s maritime rights and interests. |
