| 摘 要： | 保定市农村公共文化服务体系建设在基础设施建设和基层文化工作等方面取得一定成绩，但还存在一些问题，如文化服务体系建设存在体系结构不合理、发展路径不明确、机制不健全等，针对这些问题，从政府、村干部及农民三个层面分析了促进农村公共文化服务体系建设的措施，以期构建保定市农村公共文化建设的规范体系。

| Abstract: | Baoding city construction of rural public cultural service system achieved some results in the construction of infrastructure and local cultural work,but there still remains some problems-such as unreasonable system structure in cultural service system construction,unclear development path,and other mechanisms being not sound and so on.Focusing on these problems,the measures are analyzed from the point of view of the government,village cadre and the farmers to improve the rural public culture service system construction,in order to build standard system in Baoding city rural public cultural construction. |
