| 摘 要： | 在京津冀协同发展进程中,"京津保三角形"成为学界关注的交点,"京津保协同发展"成为热词.为了强化保定的影响力,需要构建"京保新区"和"津保新区"两个重点发展区域.保定行政区域需要依据与首都的关系紧密程度划分为8个区域,在此基础上进行有先有后的发展.在"京保新区"构建过程中,要逐渐形成一条"主带"和两条"辅带",在"主带"上除强化以保定核心区域为中心的"清苑—徐水—满城"三角形外,还要在保定南北分别形成"涿州—易县—白沟"、"望都—安国—高阳"等两个三角形.在"津保新区"构建过程中,要发挥霸州的节点城市作用,强化发展容城、雄县、安新、文安,并通过徐水、白沟与"津保新区"逐渐融合在一起.推动"京津保三角形"内整个区域的城市化进程.

| Abstract: | In process of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei collaborative development, specialist is paying their attention to "the Beijing-Tianjin-Baoding triangle","Coordinated Development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Baoding" is becoming a hot word. in order to enhance the influence of Baoding, it is necessary to build two new districts called "Jing-Bao new district" and "Jin-Bao new district", which are two key area for Jing-Jin-Ji integrative development. Baoding administrative areas muse be divided into eight regions according to the relationship with the capital close degree, which is the basis to improve the whole area development in order. In this way one "master belt" and two "auxiliary belt" can be formed gradually. On the "master belt", besides strengthening the "Qingyuan-Xushui-Mancheng" triangle, two other triangles must be formed at the same time, which are "Zhuozhou-Yixian-Baigou" triangle and "Wangdu-Anguo-Gaoyang" triangle. In the process of building a "Jinbao new district", Bazhou muse take the function of node city, at the same time the cities such as Rongcheng, Xiongxian, Anxin, Wenan, through Xushui and Baigou and "Jinbao new district" are gradually integrated together, the whole area urbanization standard of "Beijing-Tianjin-Baoding triangle" can be improved. |
