| 摘 要： | 保定城市团南展是构建"大保定"发展格局的重要举措,在南展过程中需要采取"三步走"方式:第一步是完善清苑区城市团,形成"一主+四次"的发展格局,"张登镇+冉庄镇"成为南展的支撑点;第二步是推进望都县和博野县建设,据此完善保定市与定安片区和宁安片区的沟通通道;第三步是推进定安片区和宁安片区发展,通过安国市使两个片区连接在一起,融入石家庄"第三极"城市体系中。保定城市团南展依托"保定市—定州市—石家庄市"和"保定市—博野县—安平县"两条通道进行,在发展秩序上优先考虑沿石保廊城市链并以定安片区为节点完善发展通道,但同时需要前瞻性地构建起保定市与宁安片区的连接通道,充分估计宁安片区在冀中腹地内的纽带角色。保定城市团南展过程中,除了需要强调县级中心地间的关系,也要以乡镇中心地为节点构建起次级城市团,在腹地内形成多节点支撑的城市体系发展格局。

| Abstract: | Expanding to the south for Baoding city is the important measure to construct"Big Baoding"development framework,in the process of developing to the south,"three steps"strategy should be obeyed:the first step is to improve the Qingyuan city group,shaping the framework of"one core+four-secondary","Zhangdeng town+Ranzhuang town"will become supporting point for Baoding developing the south;the second step is to promote the construction of"Wangdu county and Boye county",on the basis of which,the communication channels between"Dingan area"and"Ningan area"can be improved;the third step is to strengthen the development of"Dingan area"and"Ningan area",the two areas can be linked together through Anguo city and merging into Shijiazhuang city system which is the"third pole"of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban system.Baoding expansion to the south should rely on the two channels:one is the city chain of"Baoding city—Dingzhou city—Shijiazhuang city",the other is city chain of"Baoding city—Boye county—Anping county",considering the development order,the first channel which is built based on"Shi-Bao-Lang"city chain,and taking"Diangan area"as the node,should has the priority in the respect of developing order,and at the same time,the connecting way between Baoding city and"Ningan area"should be considered in a forward-looking view,the link role of which should be accounted deeply in the hinterland of mid-Hebei area.In the process of Baoding expanding to the south,in addition to emphasizing the relationship between the county level centers,secondary city group taking town-level center as the core,in the hinterland,urban system development pattern will be shaped supported by multi-nodes. |
