| 摘 要： | 采用SCL-90对甘肃省3857名公安警察的调查显示,大约三分之一的甘肃警察有心理不健康症状,其中出现最多的症状第一是强迫,第二是躯体化,第三是抑郁;男性比女性出现更多的人际敏感、敌对、偏执、精神病性症状。相对其他年龄段,31~50岁心理不健康症状较多。已婚警察比未婚警察有更多的心理症状。大专学历者比本科学历的躯体化症状多。在民族自治州工作的警察心理健康程度比其他地区的好。甘肃公安警察的心理健康水平比全国水平差。

| Abstract: | A survey of 3857 policemen in Gansu province reveals that about one third of the policemen showed un-healthy mental status,among which obsessive-compulsive disorder（ocd） take the most,somatization second and de-pression the third.Compared with women,men high in interpersonal sensitivity,hostility,paranoia,and psychosis.There are significant differences in the psychological health of each dimension in different police ages,age were sig-nificantly and positively correlated with total and each dimension scores.Married police have more psychologicalsymptoms than unmarried police performance in somatization,forced,interpersonal sensitivity,depression,anxiety,hostility and Horror.Those had College degree were more somatization than those undergraduate degree＇s.workingin National Autonomous Area had significantly lower score in somatization,forced,interpersonal sensitivity,depres-sion,anxiety,paranoia,and psychotic than in other place.Gansu Public Security Police below the national norm onthe SCL-90 total score and all factor scores.Conclusion The mental health of Gansu Province police was poor. |
