| 摘 要： | 经酵母汁、秋水仙素对甘肃中华蟾蜍(Bufo gargarizans cantor)和中国林蛙(Rana chensinensis)处理后,取骨髓细胞制作染色体标本,对其核型分别进行了初步研究分析。结果表明,中华蟾蜍的二倍体染色体数目为2n=22,由6对大型染色体和5对小型染色体组成,染色体简式为:2n=9m 2sm;中国林蛙的二倍体染色体数目为2n=24,由5对大型染色体和7对小型染色体组成,染色体简式为:2n=5m 5sm 1st 1t。这可用于不同地域同类物种的鉴定和分类。 |

| Abstract: | After injecting yeast extract and colchicines into Bufo gargarizans cantor and Rana chensinensis of Gansu,the chromosome specimen slice is made from marrow cells and respectively carried on the preliminary analysis to karyotypes of them.The results show that the number of diploid chromosome in Bufo gargarizans cantor is 2n=22,which is composed by six pairs of large chromosome and five pairs of small chromosome,and its karyotype skeleton symbol is 2n=9m 2sm.That of Rana chensinensis is 2n=24,which is composed by five pairs of large chromosome and seven pairs of small chromosome,and its karyotype skeleton symbol is 2n=5m 5sm 1st 1t.The experiment provides some effective cytogenetic data for identification and classifying the coordinal species in different regions. |
