摘    要:发光细菌法在环境污染物监测中具有快速、灵敏、简便、价廉等优点。其中,青海弧菌是迄今为止世界上唯一的一种非致病的淡水型发光细菌,已在环境污染物监测领域受到广泛的应用。介绍了发光细菌的发光机理及青海弧菌的优势特点,同时综述了青海弧菌在水质毒性检测、食品安全监测及其它领域应用的研究进展,并对发光细菌未来的应用前景进行了展望。

Abstract:Luminous bacteria have the advantages due to its rapid reaction, high sensitivity, low-cost and convenient in monitoring environmental pollutants. Vibrio qinghaiensis is the only no-pathogenic and fresh water luminous bacteria in the world.V, qinghaiensis has been widely used in environmental pollutants monitoring. This paper introduces the luminescence mechanism and advantages of Vibrio qinghaiensis, reviews the advances and the applications of Vibrio qinghaiensis in the field of water toxicity and food safety detection and provided an outlook of the future of Vibrio qinghaiensis in application development.
