摘    要:公众满意是建设服务型政府的唯一价值取向,通过转变“官本位”意识和政府功能再造、建立公众满意度指标体系、建立和完善第四部门、提高公务员的综合素质等工作、提高公共服务的公众满意度,是建设服务型政府的有效途径。

Abstract:Public satisfaction is the only value orientation for building a service-oriented government. To build a service-oriented government, it is effective to improve the public satisfaction with public service by changing the sense of "valuing official titles" and reconstructing government functions, establishing the index system of public satisfaction,setting up and perfecting the fourth department and improving the comprehensive qualities
