| Abstract: | Investigations of the information environment and the information activities of the college students in Tianshui Normal University show that the library is one of the most important places to carry out the information qualities education activities for college students. In the present time of knowledge economy, college libraries should do three things well to educate the college students on the subject of information qualities education. |
