| 摘 要： | 对2001～2004年版竞技健美操规则和2005～2008年版竞技健美操规则进行比较分析，得出结论：竞技健美操规则的制定和运动实践是相互影响并相互作用的。运动实践是促使规则变化的前提，一定时期的规则能反映当时运动实践的深入程度；而规则的导向性、限制性作用，使该项目的发展在保持自己的独立性、完整性和创新性方面体现了人类理性对实践的指导作用，这种指导作用，使得竞技健美操的实践活动不断地满足了人类的精神需要。

| Abstract: | This paper compared the athletics gymnastic rules of 2004 edition with that of 2008 edition. The result showed that between establishemnt and sports practice of athletics gymnastic rules were interactional. The precondition of urging the rules change is sports pratice because the rules in acertain period can reflect the depth degree of sports pracice. The guide characteristic and retriction of rules embody the guidance human being rationality to practice in keeping the athletics gymnastic＇s independence, integrality and innovation to its development. The guidence makes the practice of athletics gymnastic to constantly meet human＇s spiritual demands. |
