| 摘 要： | 体育教师的性格特征在教学实践中有着重要的作用。教师的性格特征对学生性格的形成和发展具有直接的影响;良好的教师性格有利于建立融洽和谐的教学关系,提高教学效率,而且有利于提高教师的心理健康和工作效率。
