| 摘 要： | 在教师教育研究中,教师的专业化已成为世界各国教师教育研究的发展趋势和潮流,科学地研究体育教师的专业化成长问题,是《体育与健康》课程顺利实施的关键。在现阶段《体育与健康》课程的实施中,体育教师专业化成长的主要任务是:以《体育与健康》课程倡导的体育教育理念为导向,转变体育教育观念,更新体育教育专业知识,增强体育教师实施《体育与健康》课程及学术研究的能力。

| Abstract: | In the teacher education research ,teachers' specialization has become a development trend in international teacher education research. Elaborating scientifically and the research of P.E. teachers' professional growth are the important theory and practice foundation in carrying out Physical Education and Health course successfully. P.E. teachers' professional growth is placed into Course in Physical Education And Health. the writer considers that the main responsibility for the present development of teachers is to convert the concepts of P.E., to renew the professional knowledge and principle of physical education and to heighten the capability to research and operate the course in physical education and health. |
