| 摘 要： | 进入21世纪，篮球运动与篮球技术在日新月异地发展变化，如何及时调整普通高校篮球技术教学与训练，培养优秀篮球教师和运动员的工作迫在眉睫。篮球基础动作规范化、对篮球技术及其教学规律的正确认识、理论与实践相结合是普通高校篮球技术教学与训练中应该引起重视并解决的三个重要问题。

| Abstract: | In the 21th century, basketball play and basketball playing strategies are changing greatly. It is quite necessary to adjust new teaching techniques and training methods so as to cultivate more an more good basketball trainers and players. The author of the paper thinks the standardization of basic skills , the proper realization of basketball techniques and teaching methods and proper combination of practice and theory are three most important things in university basketball teaching and training. |
