| 摘 要： | 20世纪70年代以来西方国家围绕促进高校与社会的密切联系,有效发挥高校在知识经济社会中的重大作用的主题,相继进行了高等教育管理体制的重大改革,呈现出更加注重大学办学的自主化、大学行为的市场化、大学管理的现代化和高等学校发展系统化的特点,这些内容反映了高等教育管理的现代走向。总结和研究这些经验,对于促进我国高等教育管理体制的改革具有十分重要的意义。

| Abstract: | Since 1970s western countries have been centering on the theme of strengthening the tie between universities and society and making better use of universities in societies of knowledge economy. Great changes and reforms have taken place in the management system of higher education. As a result, great attention has been directed at independent running system of higher education, market-orientated behavior of higher education, modernization of university management and the features of the developing system of higher education. These contents of reforms mirrored the modern orientation of university management. Research and sum-up of what they have done successfully in western countries is of great significance for us to promote the reform of management system of higher education in China. |
