| 摘 要： | 透视人类社会演进的历史和现实,解读古今中外存在的多种国家起源学说,反思种种国家本质规定,可以发现,国家是一种社会历史现象,它不因人的善、恶而存在和消失,也不专属于某个阶级、某种制度。它是人类发展到出现私有制和阶级阶段时各阶级保存社会的一种不可避免的、不可逾越的社会建构形式。
