| Abstract: | The third plenary session opened the new historical period of the reform and opening of China,realizing a significant turning in the history of Chinese Communist Party.China's reform and opening up has brought about historic changes to the common people,to the society and to the Communist Party.Facts indicate that the reform and opening is a decisive choice,is the key to development of socialism with Chinese characteristics,and only socialism can save China and develop it. |
