| 摘 要： | 高校机关是个磨炼人、提高人的地方,热爱机关工作,努力干好机关工作,应该成为机关工作者内在的规范。根据多年工作经验,总结出机关工作权威性、时效性、协同性、开放性、重复性的特点;树立机关工作人员强烈的责任心和服务意识,培养其严谨的作风和良好的学习态度,要求积极主动地做好机关工作。

| Abstract: | Departments' offices at higher education institutions are places where personalities can be trained and improved.To love the work and do one's best in the work should become the inner norms of the department office workers.This article,from the writer's working experience of many years,summarizes the characteristics of authority,time effectiveness,coordination,openness and recurrence with department office work.The stress is put on setting up strong sense of responsibility and service,forming rigorous working style and favorable study attitude to actively and successfully carry out daily work. |
