| 摘 要： | 艺术体操是一项在音乐伴奏下,充分体现形体美的运动,在很大程度上来说,一套完整的艺术体操就是一种艺术表演.音乐是艺术体操的灵魂,它不仅能够大大地激发学生的想象力和表现力,培养学生合理地掌握"力"的运用,能够轻松自如地完成动作;同时,还能够激发学生的创造力.通过音乐的旋律、节奏、速度能帮助学生进一步地理解和掌握动作的特点和内在涵义.

| Abstract: | Art gymnastics in a sport which fully displays the body-beauty with music accompaniment.And in a great extent,a set of complete art gymnastics is a kind of art performance.Music is the soul of art gymnastics,which can not only excite students imagination and performance greatly,but also train students in the reasonable command of strength,thus perfecting the actions freely and smoothly as well as exciting students creativity.The melody,rhythm and speed of music can help students further understand and master the features and meanings of actions.; |
