| Abstract: | Investigation into cases of juvenile delinquency prosecuted by Tianshui People's Procuratorate since 1997 shows that the cause why juvenile delinquency is increasing year by year relates to family, society, and school. So it is hoped to be prevented and reduced by improving social civilized environment, reinforcing family educational function and promoting quality education. |
