摘    要:化工原理中的"三传一反"理论很精辟地揭示了化工生产的本质.自然界的规律对于任何学科的认识发展都有共同的指导意义.本文运用"三传一反"理论对教育现象的本质进行了探讨.教育现象的本质应该是人与人之间通过一定媒体和手段进行的人类认识的传递,及传递结果在人脑中反应产生新的认识再传递,再反应的循环发展过程.简单地说,教育的本质是人类认识传递和反应的循环发展过程.这种传递----反应说的本质观有其重要的理论价值和实践意义.

Abstract:San Chuan Yi Fan theory in chemical industry principles brilliantly reveals the nature of chemical industry production. Natural laws have common guiding influence on cognition and development of any subjects. The paper probes into the nature of educational phenomenon by utilizing one of the principles in chemical industry. The nature of the educational phenomenon is the transmission of human knowledge between human beings by certain media or means, the transmission of the new knowledge which originates from the result of the received knowledge. Simply speaking, it is a cycling development process of human knowledge transmission and reaction. The nature of this process of transmission and reaction of knowledge is very important in both theory and practice.
