低温微生物的研究及应用

摘    要:低温微生物的分布非常广泛,研究应用较多的主要是嗜冷菌和耐冷菌。由于长期的进化,低温微生物在膜脂组成和蛋白质结构等方面形成了独有的结构特点。同时,还可合成冷休克蛋白以适应低温。低温微生物及其代谢产物特别是嗜冷酶已开始在环保、纺织和食品工业等领域得到广泛应用。

Abstract:Halophilic Microorganism is widely distributed in globe, among them Psychropliles and Psychrotrophs have been much more studied. Halophilic Microorganisms are characterized in its constituent of membrane lipids and protein structure etc, due to long period of evolution, also it can produce Cold Shock Proteins to adapt lower temperature. Halophilic Microorganism, especially one of its products Cold Tolerant Enzyme, has been widely used to environment protection, textile and food industry.
