| 摘 要： | 国民幸福总值（GNH）是一个全面衡量社会经济福利的指标。以既包括GDP基本计算方法，又涵盖心理和精神层面的GNH指标为根据追求经济发展，可以使社会经济在环境、文化、健康、福利等各方面均衡协调发展。从建设和谐社会的角度讲，GDP的增长要以GNH为指导，对GNH指标的追求也要以GDP的增长为基础，只有这样，才能平衡物质财富与精神财富的追求，体现“以人为本”与“和谐社会”的新目标和新价值的追求。

| Abstract: | GDP which inculdes material and spiritual welfare is an indicator of comprehensive measure social economic welfare. Social economy will harmonious development of environment, culture,health and welfare as the GNH for pursuit of economic development. From the aspect of construction harmonious society, the increase of GDP takes GNH for guidance and the pursuit of GNH does the increase of GDP for basic. Only in this, the pursuit of material wealth and spiritual wealth will be balanced, the new target and value of people-oriented and harmonious society will be embodied. |
