| 摘 要： | 体育素质包括体质基础、心理发展水平、体育文化素质、终身体育能力等方面,有着丰富的内容,是身体素质一词不能涵盖的.只有充分认识体育素质的具体内容,才能进一步提高学校体育的地位,才能充分发挥体育在素质教育中的主力军作用,才能更有效地完成学校体育的任务,使学生的素质得到全面有效的培养和提高.

| Abstract: | Sports qualities include physique basis, level of mental development, physical and cultural qualities and life sports abilities. Only if we have a better understanding of the meanings of sports qualities can we raise the status of school physical education. give full play of the important functions of physical education, fulfill the task of school physical education and have the all-round qualities of students raised. |
