| 摘 要： | 高校体育是学校体育与社会体育的交接点。在体育教学中应充分发挥教师与学生的“双边”作用,引导和培养学生的体育兴趣,增强体育意识,当他们进入社会后,在校期间养成的锻炼习惯能潜移默化地形成终身体育的思想,为终身体育奠定基础。

| Abstract: | Colleges and Universities P.E can be called the 'terminus' of school physical education . It is also the connecting point of school physical education and social physical education To make full use of the 'two-side effect between teachers and students in the P.E and guide and foster students' interest in P.E and build up their awareness of P.E will make it a habit for students to exercise their body and this habit formed at school will automatically form an ideology of the life-long physical education in students' mind when they enter the society and this will lay a solid foundation for the life-long physical education . |
