| 摘 要： | 素质教育的出现,从表面上看是针对"应试教育"提出的,但就其本质而言,它是生产力高度发展之下的必然产物。知识经济的渐进出现,标志着生产力的飞跃发展,这一发展迫切要求教育必须培养和造就大批高素质人才以适应其发展。把科学精神与人文精神有机结合起来、把普通教育与专业教育结合起来、重视个性健康发展与团结协作精神的培养、建立适应"知识经济"时代的高校创新体系、提高教育质量是实施素质教育中应该重视的几个关键问题。

| Abstract: | The article shows that in the process of implementing quality-oriented education, we should integrate scientific and humanistic spirits organically, combine the general education with the vocational education, stress the development of healthy personality and teamwork spirit, establish a creative system in keeping with knowledge-based economy and improve educational quality. |
