| 摘 要： | 《旧约·撒母耳记》的家庭悲剧为《押沙龙,押沙龙!》和《雷雨》的家族叙事提供了原型。两部作品运用截然不同的叙事艺术,对《圣经》叙事加以“移位转型”,形成了两对相似并相互关联的“乱伦三角”叙事结构,显示了各自的精神价值诉求和文化传统底蕴,彰显出以基督教文化传统为基础的美国家族文化和以儒教为基础的中国家族文化之间的不同。

| Abstract: | The tragic family story in Samuel of Old Testament has provided the archetype for the clan narration in Absalom, Absalom! by William Faulkner and Thunder Storm by CaoYu. Relying on quite different narrative arts, Absalom, Absalom! and Thunder Storm transmute the mode and displace the motifs of the family narration in The Bible and construct their similar and interrelated ＂ incest triangle＂ narrative structures respectively. Their unique narrative arts and structures reveal different American and Chinese clan cultures on the basis of Christianity and Confucianism. |
