模糊综合评价在教师教学质量评价中的应用

摘    要:阐述了教学质量评价的意义、功能及构建教学质量评价指标体系的原则和评价方法,运用模糊数学的方法建立了模糊综合评价模型,结合实例运用该模型对教师的教学质量进行综合评价,评价结果经与同行专家评价的结果进行对比、显著性检验,结果表明应用模糊综合评价的方法对教师的教学质量进行综合评价是可行的,评价结果更具客观性,有较高的可信度.

Abstract:The significance and function of evaluating teaching quality,principles about establishing target system of evaluating teaching quality and evaluation method were expounded,and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model was constructed in this paper.The model was used synthetically to evaluate the teacher’s teaching quality based on practical examples.There was significant test between the results of evaluation and the results evaluated by same specialists.It is conclude that applying the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluating teaching quality synthetically is practical,and the result is more objective and reliable.
