| 摘 要： | 体育教学不仅仅是对学生技术、技能、意识方面的培养和训练,更重要的是对学生思维能力的提高。在体育教学过程中,只有科学地引导学生的思维活动才能加快学生对所学体育知识及技能的掌握,并能在学习过程中发现问题并主动寻找解决问题的方法,从而激发学生的思维潜能,提高学习效果和教学质量。

| Abstract: | P.E teaching can not only raise the awareness of the students' potentiality of skills,but the students' knowledge of cultivating and training their technical skills as well. Therefore, this paper draws the conclusion that P.E teaching needs to stimulate the students' thinking and skills through motivation and tries to find out and settle the potential problems so as to improve learning efficiency and teaching quality. |
