| 摘 要： | 针对当前普通高校开设体操选项课所面临的困境,从该课程教学内容及教学方法两个方面加以全面分析,提出了一些对体操课程教学的改革设想,使该课程的教学思路更加符合当前普通高校体育教育中所提出的"健康第一"的指导思想.使体操课教学在学校体育、健康教育、素质教育中发挥更大的作用.
