| 摘 要： | 在我国城市社区制度不断完善、人们追求终身学习目标越来越明确的今天,用电大远程教育的系统、技术、资源、管理优势与社区内各种有效的教育教学资源紧密结合,构筑全民终身教育学习的网络组织。社区结合自身特点选择有个性化的教育科目,加强管理,使终身教育学习如虎添翼,效益倍增,展现出合作双赢共同发展的美好前景。
