| 摘 要： | 高等院校校办企业存在产权不清、权责不明、校企不分、规模小而分散的弊端。改革中又遇到无形资产比重大,高校缺乏资金投入及企业分流难的问题。只有按照现代企业制度整合校办企业资源,建立新型、独立的市场主体,稳妥处理职工分流,校办企业才会发展。

| Abstract: | There are some abuses in the enterprise that managed by hi gh er academies, such as illegible property right, intangible relations between pow er and responsibilities, intangible relations between college and enterprise, sm all size and in decentralization, and so on. Besides these, we also encounter so me problems, such as the proportion of the intangible assets is large, high acad emies have little funds to launch into their enterprise, and it is difficult to shunt the enterprise, and so on. So, if we want to develop well the enterprise m anaged by higher academies, we must adjust them with contemporary enterprise sys tem to establish a new and unattached main part of market, and we must place the workers properly. |
