摘    要:旅游是一种典型的跨文化交际活动。旅游资料的宣传不仅是一种经济活动,也是一种文化交流。旅游英语中涉及许多中西文化差异,其翻译则是跨国界、跨文化、跨社会的宣传活动。翻译工作者需具备语言、社会文化、民俗等多方面的知识,翻译时必须变通手法体现原语的功能。

Abstract:Tourism is a typical cross - cultural communicative activities. The propaganda of the tour publicities is not only an economic activity, but a communication. There are so many cultural differences in Chinese and western language, so the translation is an international publicity activity all over the world. The translator should be skilled in languages, social culture and folk customs. He should use the varied methods to show the function of the original language while translating.
