二(2-吡啶甲酸)合铜(Ⅱ)配合物的合成及结构测定

摘    要:水合醋酸铜与2-吡啶甲酸在无水乙醇中反应,制得了二(2-吡啶甲酸)合铜(Ⅱ)新配合物,利用元素分析、红外光谱等方法对其结构进行了表征.用X-射线单晶衍射方法测定了该配合物的结构.该物质的晶体结构属三斜晶系,空间群Pī,a=0.5117(5)nm,b=0.7616(7)nm,c=0.9213(10)nm,α=74.807(15)o,β=84.265(18)o,γ=71.276(16)o,Z=1,V=0.3285(8)nm3,Dc=1.737mg/m3,μ=1.696mm-1,F(000)=177,R1=0.0633,wR2=0.1368.在该配合物中铜原子与两个羰基氧原子和两个吡啶环上的氮原子配位,呈四配位的平面方形构型,配合物分子通过羧基中另外一个氧原子与铜原子间的弱相互作用使整个分子呈一维链状结构.

Abstract:The title compound were synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis and IR. The crystal structure of the compound was determined by X-ray single crystal diffraction. The crystal belongs to triclinic with space groupPī, α=74.807(15)°,β= 84.265(18)°,γ=71.276(16)°, a=0.5117(5)nm, b=0.7616(7)nm, c=0.9213(10) nm,Z=1,V=0.3285(8)nm3,F(000)=177, Dc=1.737mg/m3,μ=1.696mm-1. In the crystal, the copper atoms are four-coordinated adoping a square structure. Due to the presence of a close intermolecular Cu...O interaction,the structure can be described as a one-dimensional chain polymer.
