| 摘 要： | 运用调查法、访谈法、文献资料法、数理统计等研究方法,对山东省10所高职院校147名体育教师现状进行分析研究.其结果显示体育教师数量不足,教师队伍不稳定;学历结构、职称结构、学缘结构不尽合理,科研能力及工作环境较差等.提出了加强体育教师师资队伍薄弱环节建设的思路和建议.

| Abstract: | Using survey procedure,interview law,literature research techniques and so on material law,mathematical statistic,Conducts the analysis research to the Shandong Province quality colleges and universities 147 gym teachers.Its result demonstration gym instructor quantity is insufficient,troop unstable stable;The school record structure,the title structure are incompatible,the working conditions are bad.Proposed the enhancement gym instructor teachers troop weak link construction mentality and the suggestion. |
