| 摘 要： | 政治文明是人类文明的重要组成部分，党的十六报告指出，“建设社会主义政治文明，是全面建设小康社会的重要目标。”建设社会主义政治文明的基本途径是积极推进和不断深化政治体制改革。发展社会主义民主政治。建设社会主义政治文明有着重大的理论意义，主要表现为；建设社会主义政治文明，在于强调政治文明发展过程的连续性和这一过程具有演进与进化的性质；在于强调文明发展的系统性、整体性；在于强调政治文明在整个社会文明中具有相对独立的目标性价值；建设社会主义政治文明，为党和国家建设提出了更高的政治标准。

| Abstract: | Political civilization is an important part of human civilization .The report of the 16th National Congress of CPC points out "The building of socialist political civilization is an important objective to crest a fairly well-off society. "The basic ways of building socialist political civilization consist of making great efforts to advance and deepen the reform of political system and develop politics of socialist democracy. The building of socialist political civilization is of great theoretical significance:it lays emphasis on the continuation of developing process of political civilization and the evolution characteristic of the process and the relatively independent objecting value.that political civilization has in the whole social civilization. The building of socialist political civilization is a higher political goal for our party and state to fight for. |
