| 摘 要： | 教学是一种价值关涉的活动,教学价值观影响、制约甚至规定着人们对教学的认知行为,从而决定着现实教学的实践方式。传统教学是“惟知识教学”,强调客观真理性知识对于人的价值,教学就是由老师扮演传授者的角色,尽可能多地将知识灌输蛤学生,学生就是完全接受教师所传授的知识,学习成为被教师所主宰和控制的、被动单一的活动。新学习方式反映了学生作为一个有着自由意志、独立人格,有着丰富精神世界,有着探索、创造需要的生命主体所进行学习活动的应有方式。学习方式的变革,不仅仅是学生外在行为取向的变化,更深层昭示了学生在“教学世界”中存在及发展方式的变革,学生学习方式的变革必将撼动传统教学的旧有根基,催生传统教学在价值观方面的彻底重构。

| Abstract: | Teaching is an activity that has something important to do with values. Teaching values affect restrict and regulate behaviors that how people cognize teaching thereby, it decides the practice mode of carrying out teaching. Traditional teaching is "only to teach knowledge", and it emphasizes knowledge with impersonality truth towed people's value. Teactfing is that the teacher infuses the students with knowledge as much as possible while he or she plays a role of aninitiator and the students fwlly accept the teachers' knowledge. Learning is a single activity that is controlled by the teacher. New learning manners reflect manners that students learn and should body, with free will, dependent personality, rich spirit world, explorative and creative life mainbody. Change of learning manner is not only the change of the students' extrinsic behaviors tropism, but also deep-seatedly make it clear to all that students exist and develop in "teaching field". Change of students' learning manner will certainly vibrate the old groundwork of traditional teaching and will hasten the complete re-building of traditional teaching in values. |
