| Abstract: | The facilitation of science and culture performed on social culture collectively embodies the following: Science and culture bring about an advance in productivity as material strength and establish the foundation and prerequisite for the development of social culture; science and culture is enriching the content of social culture greatly as the developing knowledge system; the scientific spirit that is condensed by science and culture is constantly causing and promoting the deep change of the social cultural values. |
