摘    要:《法律基础》课的地位和教学目的的设定,教学方法的选择与运用,这门课的教学方法仍应以讲授法为主,同时辅之以课堂提问法、案例教学法、课堂讨论法、自学指导法、感性教学法、“诊所式”教学法等方法,采用启发式的教学方式,使教与学真正做到互动。

Abstract:This paper studies the importance and teaching objectives of the subject of Basis Knowledge of Law. Then it discusses the selections and performances of the subject's teaching methods. Last, this paper agrees that great emphasis should be placed upon teachers' instructions. Meanwhile, the Q/A Method, Case Teaching, Students' Discussions, Independent Studies, Perceptual Teaching and "Clinic" Teaching are all good supplementary ways. In all the above teaching suggestions, heuristic methods should be employed so as to realize the cooperation of both teaching and learning.
