生物催化氧化法处理H2S废气的试验研究

摘    要:本文利用焦碳填料塔进行了生物催化氧化法处理H2S废气的试验研究,考察了再生条件对细菌(T·f)氧化Fe2+的影响,详细研究了H2S浓度,空塔停留时间以及循环液喷淋量等因素对H2S去除效果的影响。结果表明:再生过程中,曝气条件可以强化细菌对Fe2+的氧化;对于较低浓度(低于1.0g/m3)的进气。在进气量为0.25m3/h,温度,喷淋量为1000ml/h在空塔停留时间低于85s范围内条件下,H2S去除率可达99%以上,对于较高浓度的进气(1.0g/m3-2.0g/m3),在相同的进气量及温度条件下,需延长停留时间或增加喷淋量来保证系统达到较好的处理效果。

An Experimental Study on H2S Removal by Bio-catalytic Oxidation Process

Abstract:The lap -scale packed bed with coke was used to removal H2S in the gas flow. The condition of ferrous ion oxidized by Tiobacillus ferrooxidans and the effect of the inlet H2 S concentration, retention time and the Spray liquid flow on the removal efficiency of hydrogen sulphide were researched systematically. The aerated regenerating plant was used to enhance the activity of Tiobacillus ferrooxidans oxidizing the ferrous ion. When the concentration of H2Sin the gas flew is below 1.0 g/m3, the removal efficiency of hydrogen sulphide could reach above 99% on the conditions that inlet gas flow is 0.25 m3/h , temperature is 30 ℃, spray liquid flow is 1000 ml/h and the retention time is bellow 85s. However, when the concentration of H2S in the gas flew is over 1.0 g/m3 , on the same condition of inlet gas flow and temperature, prolonging retention time or raising the spray liquid flow can enhance the treatment efficiency.
