| 摘 要： | 战国时期墨学盛行，为了维护儒学的地位，苟子对墨学发动了猛烈攻击。但是，在对墨学进行批判的同时，荀子受到墨学深刻的影响。对比《荀子》和《墨子》，我们看到，《荀子》中一些重要的思想和价值观念与《墨子》有着直接的渊源关系。

| Abstract: | In period of the Warring State, Mohism was very popular. To defend Confucian school, Xunzi launched an offensive to Mohism. But while attacking Mohism, Xunzi was under it＇s strong influence. By comparing 〈 Xunzi 〉 with 〈 Mozi 〉, we can see that a lot of key points and value orientation of 〈 Xunzi 〉 came from 〈 Mozi 〉. |
