| 摘 要： | 农村妇女是建设社会主义新农村的重要力量,但是,目前农村妇女在新农村建设中仍存在着一系列问题,如：农村妇女整体素质偏低、经济上不独立、家庭负担较重、参政意识不强等,这些问题都制约着农村妇女作用的正常发挥。只有充分调动广大农村妇女的积极性、主动性和创造性,才能真正全面地发挥和实现农村妇女在新农村建设中的主体性作用。
