| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料法及访谈调查法,探讨当代大学生体育锻炼与运动性免疫机能“原认知能力”及其作用与培养途径等.主要结论：运动免疫学揭示的运动性免疫机能的有关规律应该在大学生锻炼与健身运动中发挥重要作用.根据高校体育与健康教育的目的及当代大学生的认知特点,认为：在进行体育锻炼中,大学生运动性免疾机能“原认知能力”,可通过对自身的运动性免疫机能变化规律的认知,有效调整运动方案,以增强自身的免疫机能;并对大学生体育锻炼的定向与激励、标准与评价、控制功能及终身体育产生重要作用.而通过知识传授、教学模式的改进及引导学生总结自己的活动规律等方式,可有效培养大学生体育锻炼中运动性免疫机能“原认知能力”,提高其原认知水平.提出尚需开展的工作.

| Abstract: | This study adopt the method of document materials and interview investigation and probedinto the relationship of the contemporary university student physical trainings and"former cognitiveability " of lnlnltine function of exercise Main conclusion:the relevant laws of immune function of exercise immunology announces should play an important role during the university students physicaltrainings.According to the purposes of university sports and health education and cognitive characteritic of contemporary university students,we thought that the immune function',formercognitive ability"of university student's exercise could pass the cognition of one's own immunefunction change law of exercise,strengthened one's own immune function;through adjusting the sportscheme effectively,this would produce very important effect with orientation with encouraging,standard and appraise,control and all the life sports in university student physical trainings.Possing the improvement of teaching mode etc,could improve"original cognitive ability"of immune function ofexercise and heighten its original cognitive level. |
