| 摘 要： | 和谐社会的构建有赖于制度的公正合理安排,制度公正对和谐社会的构建有着重大的影响。通过制度公正建设,消除制度不公与制度腐败,建立健全各种社会机制,实现社会的有效整合,消除社会矛盾,建设和谐社会。
