| 摘 要： | 陪审制度作为一种历史悠久的审判制度,在各国的司法制度发展,乃至政治制度发展历程中发挥了重要的作用。作为陪审制度的一种,人民陪审员制度是具有中国特色的一种重要的政治制度和司法制度,起源于革命根据地时期,经过多年曲折的发展,现在逐渐完善起来。在我国进行政治体制改革和司法改革的关键时期,人民陪审员制度具有不可替代的重要价值。
