| 摘 要： | 农村富余劳动力的转移是历史的必然趋势。我国农村富余劳动力的转移具有规模大、行业集中和地区分布不平衡等特点。促进农村富余劳动力转移的出路在于积极发展小城镇、加强乡镇企业的发展、实现农业产业化和开放服务业市场等方面。

| Abstract: | The transformation of surplus labour force from rural area is a history inexorable trend.The transformation in our country remains some characteristcs,such as,broad in scale,a mass trades,being scattered unharmoniously harmoniiusly.And the way for promoting the transformation relies on actively developing small towns and speeding up their enterprise,realizing industrial agriculture,and opening up service trade markets,etc. |
