| 摘 要： | 济宁儒文化产业集群化发展规模初显,但还存在不少不足与薄弱之处,必须在现有基础上,从战略层面重新审视和谋划,进一步发挥优势,开拓发展。为此我们提出了市场调节为核心、政府扶持为支撑、具体模式具体分析等战略框架设计原则以及集团化、集聚化、网络化、区域协作、链条延伸、以点带面等具体发展战略。

| Abstract: | Jining Confucian cultural industrial cluster development has reached certain extent, but there are still many shortcomings and weaknesses.It must build on the existing foundation, to review and plan from a strategic level, further playing our strengths and exploiting development. Therefore we propose some design principles of the strategic framework such as market regulation as the core, supported by Government support and specific modalities specific analysis.Meanwhile,we raise some specific development strategies such as the group, gathering, networking, regional collaboration, chain extension,fan out from point to area and so on. |
