| 摘 要： | “总督河道”是我国明代中央政府派出的专门为疏浚、开凿、治理河道的钦差大臣，故亦称总督河道大臣，其原官位、官阶不变，遇事方派遣，事毕回京复命，为非常设之官员。“河道总督”则是我国清代始设的掌管黄河、运河、永定等河，堤防疏浚、治理事务的专职官员，官阶与掌管行省的总督相同，为正二品，加尚书或都御使衔者为从一品。

| Abstract: | ＂ The Governor river＂ is China＇s Ming Dynasty sent by the central government specifically for river training of ministers and officials is set. ＂Governor river＂ is the river training of ministers, who is sent by the central government of Ming Dynasty. He is a non - permanent officials. ＂River Governor＂ is the official who is set up in the Qing Dynasty . He control of the Yellow River, the Canal, the Yongding River. |
