| 摘 要： | 以裁判员为视角,在中国足球事业的框架下考察业余足球运动的发展及裁判员的培养。结论：业余足球运动是我国足球事业的基础,从业余足球运动中培养裁判员是现实需要;建立足球裁判员协会以及科学的裁判员培养体系是当务之急;业余足球运动中裁判员的自我发展要求裁判员做到生活上的自律、对比赛的良好准备和不断提高心理适应能力。

| Abstract: | From the perspective of referees, by investigating on the development of amateur football sports and the cultivating of referees under the framework of the Chinese foothall, the author believes that amateur football sports are the basis of Chinese football. It＇s a practical need to cultivate referees out of amateur football sports. It＇s an imperative to establish a Football Referees Association and a scientific system to cultivate referees. In amateur football sports, referees＂ self - development requires that referees have good self - discipline in their life and have full preparation to each match, besides, they should continuously improve their psychological ability to adapt. |
